‘I dreamed you, I wished for your existence. I see in you that part of me which is you. I surrender my sincerity, because if I love you it means we share the same fantasies, we share the same madness.’ ~Anais NinAs a writer, I find this exceptio…
Wow! The Wolfe shot straight to the top! I’m thrilled and humbled! If you haven’t gotten your copy yet, do so! It’s a great read… a truly epic adventure of love and relationships, peace and war, all set within the Scottish/English borders. It…
Fifteen or even ten years ago, a digital book was a foreign, nebulous thing... Kindle wasn't avaiable yet, I don't think, or if it was, it wasn't widely used. What a difference just a few years makes in how we read a book. E readers are the wave of the future, even though I know many readers who still like a 'hard copy' in their hands. I was speaking with the principal of a local high school recently and he said they even have a class dedicated to e reading. Who knows what we will see in reading and books ten years from now. Food for thought!
... writing is such a joy. It's labor of love. I have such voracious readers that once I release a book, they've read it in a day and are begging for more. Love my readers! They keep my busy and happy!!
When I meet people for the first time and they find out what I do, their first question is always “what novel do you recommend I read?!!” That’s not an easy question. It’s like asking me which one of my kids I like better. I like them all! (or, …
I absolutely have the best readers in the world. They're curious, interesting, laugh at the appropriate places in my novels, and cry at the appropriate places. Plus, they're enthusiastic about reading in general. Sure, they love my books. But they love other author's books, too, and I'm thrilled about that. Even those readers who only so-so like my books or perhaps don't like them at all, I love them, as well... hey; you can't win them all! For those who find my books aren't their cup of tea, I'm just grateful they gave them a try. I guess you can't win 'em all, but I will continue writing in the hopes that one day, I WILL be able to win them all! If you don't succeed, try... try... again! Okay, this post is full of mushy metaphors. Signing off now....
Fondly,

Happy Reading!!
This summer will see several new releases - most notably The Wolfe due May 1. But more on on the horizon and, yes, I will admit that sometimes I finish pending novels in different orders, as the muse strikes me, so the best way to find out what is REALLY being released next is just to check back often and take a look at the schedule. To make this easier, I will be releasing a new app in the next week or two so you can find out directly from your phone or electronic pad. It's FREE, so take advantage of it!
Happy reading!

The Wolfe, the last of the three mega-epic (mega-long!!) novels I have written will be out by May 1. I'm thrilled to present William and Jordan's story. What a sweet and wonderful tale of an English knight and his Scottish love in a world that is constantly trying to tear them apart. Also, this book has the greatest epilogue EVER, so you won't want to miss it!!
Here's the book jacket summary, just to whet your appetite....
1240 A.D. - After a nasty skirmish along the England/Scotland border at Bog Wood, a badly wounded knight has crawled off to die. As women from the Clan Scott fan out across the battlefield to collect the spoils of war, one woman breaks off from the pack. She is sickened by the tradition of stealing valuables off the dead and runs off to hide. In her hiding place, however, lingers the badly wounded knight. The young woman is frightened at first but her natural instinct to lend aid takes over. She tends the knight and saves his life. Little does the Lady Jordan Scott know that she has just saved the life of the dreaded English knight known to her people as The Wolf….
