The Serpent has struck! It has slithered onto the charts and his inching towards the top! Okay, can I throw anymore puns in here? I think I'll stop while I'm ahead. Meanwhile, jump onto Amazon and order SERPENT for your Kindle OR in paperback!  It's already racked up ten reviews - and every one is 5 star. Wow!! This book really was a labor of love for me because half of the characters are people you already know - William de Wolfe, Paris de Norville, Kieran Hage, Jordan and Jemma.  It was like visiting with old and dear friends again as I wrote about them, now in the sunset of their lives. We see how attached William is to his children, and how Jordan and especially Jemma have lost none of their fire. There are some truly laugh out loud moments with these folks.  And there are some moments that will make you tear up.  But, most of all, I was able to introduce the next generation Wolfe Pack... ... Penelope de Wolfe is her father's daughter. She's smart, tough, intelligent, and resourceful. And she does NOT want to marry Bhrodi, our Welsh warlord hero. Fortunately, she changes her mind (or we…

The Gorgon is now available in audiobook format and I've found a fabulous new narrator in Jason Downs.  He has a very soft, deep, sensual delivery and he is PERFECT as he characterizes Bose de Moray.  This is a fabulous audiobook and definitely one you'll want in your library, so get a copy! http://www.audible.com/pd/Romance/The-Gorgon-Audiobook/B00JXN5ZIM/ref=a_search_c4_1_13_srTtl?qid=1398794598&sr=1-13

There's a blog tour going around that's helping spread the word about all of the great authors out there.  Author Tarah Scott asked me to participate with her and most happily, I will!  Visit Tarah's website at www.tarahscott.com for some great sensual Highlander novels. She's a great writer! Everyone on the blog tour gets the same questions, so here are my answers to the burning questions that inquiring minds want to know:   1)     What am I working on? My next release, SERPENT, will drop on Wednesday, so I'm taking a few days to 'breathe' before starting my next novel, SIN. Sinclair de Reyne is a high ranking Templar, a man of such skill and power that he is used by his superiors to carry out all kinds of unsavory tasks like assassination and blackmail.  All fear Sinclair, a man known as 'Sin' because of the color of his soul.  When Acre falls in 1291 and the Christian forces scatter, Sin is disillusioned by his sect, his life, and returns to England.  He takes up station in Riveaulx Abbey as both a captive and shadow, a man who is hiding from life and from his sins.  When the Scots begin raiding the…

GUARDIAN OF DARKNESS is now available in audiobook format!! I'll tell you a secret - I have a lot of narrators and I love them all, but BRAD WILLS brings GUARDIAN OF DARKNESS to life like nobody else could. This narrator is extraordinarily talented and just makes this story come alive. If you love audibooks, this book is a MUST. Grab a copy and fall in love!! http://www.audible.com/pd/Romance/Guardian-of-Darkness-Audiobook/B00JU292DU/ref=a_search_c4_1_12_srTtl?qid=1398207239&sr=1-12

Authors know what kind of blood, sweat, and tears go into the worlds you create. I say worlds because they're not just books; they full of people you grow to love and you give them live, love, and sometimes death. I've got thousands of worlds alive in my head. It's a busy place!! And yes, voices talk to me, but that's beside the point. Anyway, after just having finished a 131,000 word world in Medieval Wales, I sent the manuscript off to my editor and to two Beta readers just to get their opinion. That's nail-biting time!! If the readers hate it, well, it's not like you can start a new book and re-arranging worlds is rather difficult. So you hope for the best. One Beta reader got back to me last night and the other one this morning. I am one of the lucky authors that when I send them something to read, they drop everything to do it. One avoided cooking dinner for her family just to read it. LOL!! I trust these ladies, too, because they would be honest if they really didn't like it. So here's the feedback I'm getting for SERPENT: "OMG, OMG, OMG - I LOVED…

THE WARRIOR POET is on sale today for $1.99! My grandmother, Hester Sarah Kuhn Bouse, was the first woman I can ever recall who read romance novels. She had arthritis and couldn't do much, so she read a lot. I can still see her with a bodice-ripper in hand and I think she really got me interested in writing such things. She didn't live to see me published but I know she would have been my biggest fan, so in honor of her birthday, I've put THE WARRIOR POET on sale. Big book, big adventure, lots of action and romance. It's one of my highest rated books and now on sale for the first time, so grab a copy. Grandma says so!! http://www.amazon.com/Warrior-Poet-https://kathrynbouseleveque.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/lord-despair-high-res-scaled-1.jpg-Veque-ebook/dp/B00GRFG5ZG/ref=la_B004QF87Q4_1_35?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1396626010&sr=1-35
