New Reads for February

Normally, my blog is only for my books and me, and I’m very strict in that I keep it that way. But I’m going to start a new feature called “New Reads” – because there are some really good books out there from authors I think you might like to read. These are books and authors that I personally recommend.

The “New Reads” feature will be sparing because I’m not going to spam you with a bunch of promo for other authors and if you’re not interested, you can simply skip it because it will always be identified as “New Reads” – which means these aren’t my books. BUT… I do think these are new books worth checking out. Who know? You may find someone new to love!

New Reads to check out:

The Warrior by Maeve Greyson. Genre: Highlander Medieval Romance. The seer predicted a union of necessity. A marriage foreseen to save a man’s life and heal a woman’s soul. Amazon: https://amzn.to/37sk1Gk

Lion Heart by Paula Quinn. Genre: Highlander Medieval Romance. A Highlander, a lady, and the Black Death – sounds romantic, right? It is! Amazon: https://amzn.to/2UVyIz4

Into The Lyon’s Den by Jade Lee. Genre: Regency Historical Romance. This is the kick-off book for The Lyon’s Den Connected World. A Regency Gambling hall and matchmaking service where matches are made… unusually. Wow, don’t even miss this one. Amazon: https://amzn.to/321JViT

To Heal An Earl by Alexa Aston. Genre: Regency Historical Romance. Can Charlotte walk away from a flawed man who desperately needs her, or will she leave before she loses her own soul? Amazon: https://amzn.to/2SHTHTa

Barefoot in Hyde Park by Chasity Bowlin. Genre: Regency Historical Romance. “I’m not holding you to keep you from leaving. I’m holding you because it’s a way of showing you how precious you are to me.” ((melts to the floor)) Amazon: https://amzn.to/2OXGGDN

Give one or more of these books a try – because I think you’ll enjoy them. As always, the price is under $3 per book, so they’re a bargain.

Enjoy!!

    Hi Kathryn

Can you recommend any other author who writes medieval romance books? It seems the only other ones I can find are all Highlander romances. I have all of your books and have read each one at least 3-4 times. Looking for something to fill in the gaps between your book releases. Thanks for all your work – I’ve learned so much from you!

YES! Absolutely! Try Virginia Henley, Kathleen Woodiwiss (those two are some of the original Medieval Romance writers), Tanya Anne Crosby, Lara Adrian, Cecelia Mecca (border series), Catherine Kean, Laurel O’Donnell to name a few. All are easily found on Amazon. The big push right now is Highlander, so to find ‘pure’ English Medieval is difficult, but not impossible. There are some great ones out there!
