What fun I had writing this book! Of course, I always love to return to the de Wolfe Pack. It's like visiting old friends. This story, however, is set a little differently than other de Wolfe Pack Generations tales.
Our hero, Leonidas de Wolfe, is the eldest son of Edward (BlackWolfe) de Wolfe and Cassiopeia de Norville. He has both de Wolfe and de Norville blood in him, rare amount our de Wolfe Pack Gen boys. There are only a few that have these bloodlines (Will de Wolfe, Tor de Wolfe, Andreas de Wolfe) and I'm not counting the de Wolfe sisters who married de Norville brothers (that would be Evelyn and Hector and their lunatic sons Atreus and Hermes). In any case, Leonidas was born well after most of the de Wolfe Pack stories have been told - he is the oldest son of Eddie and Cassiopeia, but the fifth born child, so his story takes place smack in the middle of the Dragonblade series years - the early years of Edward III when he was trying to stay alive because Roger Mortimer coveted the throne. And that's where we start!
I don't want to give it all…

I'm a little late on posting my new release today, so run out and CLICK on this book if you haven't already. We've got kind of an anti-hero ex-priest and a fiery lady, both of them with some serious secrets, so this book is a great kick-off to my new series, GUARD OF SIX. I hope you enjoy it!
You don't have to go to chruch today to get your ABSOLUTION (excuse the pun! hehe) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D8HJQ2D9
ABSOLUTION, my coming release, sprang from a hilarious idea I had a few years ago. I was driving on the freeway (I live in Southern California) and I saw this van that had "Absolution" painted all over it. I think it was beer. Anyway, I started thinking how quirky it would be to have a killer knight on the battlefield giving absolution to everyone he killed. Hence - the Guard of Six and their tradition of naming their swords was born!
It has taken me a while to start this series because I've got so many other books I need to write, so I've finally managed to start this one - and BANG!! What a start this one is going to be! More heat than I usually write, but a heck of a complex and political storyline, so I think you're going to love it. This story has everything you love about Historical Romance. Torran de Serreaux is our hero and Andia St. Albans is our heroine - and they have a lot of secrets between them, one that comes up on their wedding night. Ooops!
Make sure you've got your copy reserved or read in Kindle Unlimited…
What can I say that I haven't already said about this book? I'm so in love with the Blackchurch knights. They get better and better - and The Swordsman really shows some of their depth. Hearts of gold. And did I mention there are some pirates in this book? They're hilarious!
One advance reviewer gave it '10 stars', so I hope you love it, too. Grab your copy or read in KINDLE UNLIMITED!
Happy Reading!!

Lookie, lookie... November's release is available for pre order - and WHAT A BOOK!!
Leonidas de Wolfe is the son of a diplomat… but every inch the grandson of William de Wolfe.
Beware of the wolfe BITE in the ultimate enemies-to-lovers romantic tale!
As the son of Edward de Wolfe, Henry III and Edward I’s greatest diplomat, Leonidas has been in the heart of England’s politics since the beginning of his career. An elite knight, Blackchurch trained and Kenilworth-educated, he is the pinnacle of the de Wolfe stable of knights, sons and grandsons and great-grandsons of the greatest knight of his generation, William de Wolfe.
But what Leonidas is about to face will put that education and training to the test.
He has to keep a young French princess alive long enough to marry the next king of England.
The future queen comes with a nurse and governess in the fair Christelle de Lorrain, but the truth is that Christelle is a trained spy and bodyguard sent to protect the young royal. Leonidas may be tasked with guarding the queen, but Christelle has been tasked with the same thing – and what she says goes. It isn’t long before the…
Check out the bundle coming your way!
As always, collections like this are of previously-published books, but I group them together by themes, tropes, series, titles - whatever - to present them to you in a completely bingeable bundle of fabulous tales. These bundles are great for new-to-me readers, but also for my wonderful long-time readers because if there's one book in these bundles that you don't have yet, it makes it totally worth it to pick up (and read) the bundle!
Let's talk a little about reading in Kindle Unlimited versus buying the bundle. If you have Kindle Unlimited, read it first there. Make sure you like it as part of your subscription. And if you like it enough, then you can buy it. Kindle Unlimited is a great way to test out books and new authors to make sure you want to purchase because when you read it in KU, it's part of your subscription that you've already paid for - so you're not paying for it individually. I know a lot of readers who read first in KU and then buy, so if KU is your thing, read it there first! If not, and you simply…
I've got several new boxed sets coming out this week and this is the first one - DARK BRIDES, DARK MEN. Love all things "dark"? This is the set for you!
Boxed sets, as always, serve several purposes. They're economical, for one. For another, they cater to the binge reader in all of us - in this case, several titles all in one spot with 'dark' in them. I have two main series with 'dark' as part of the series title - The Dark One: Dark Knight (de Russe) is one - and all of his sons have "Dark XXX" as the title, and then The Dark Lord (de Velt) also has that in the title, but all of his sons have titles that start with "The Dark XXX". Slight difference.
Now, this set - in an order never before published or grouped - has several 'dark' titles in one convenient set! Read this one in Kindle Unlimited if you can - and if you'd still like to buy it, then grab it. KU reads are always much appreciated prior to purchase if you happen to have a KU subscription. If not - no problem! Purchase away!
Get ready…
This isn't exactly Medieval, but I've done something a little different...
This is my first Historical Fiction book and I couldn't be more thrilled about it. And maybe a little scared. It's been a long time since I tried something new, but this is a true passion project a long time in the making.
I'm a huge fan of old Hollywood and this book, THE GIRL MADE OF STARS, takes us right back to the early 1930s when movie stars were considered a commodity. There was little humanity in how the studios treated them. Jean Harlow is a perfect example. But before Harlow, there was the (fictional) Lola Grayson. Read the blurb...
***************************
Lola Grayson had it all.
In 1934, Lola was on top of the world. Dubbed "The Siren" by MGM, she was a protégé of Louis B. Mayer, the original talkie sex symbol before the rise of stars like Carole Lombard and Jean Harlow. But like Harlow, Lola Grayson had a dominant stage mother and bad health that struggled to meet the demand of the Golden Age of Hollywood. Exploited, pushed, primped, and promoted as MGM's biggest star, Lola Grayson made one fatal mistake - falling in love…
If you're in the mood for a complex adventure of emotions, danger, and everything in between, then this is the book for you!
I had such a great time writing this. Douglas and Mira are perfect for each other - he realizes it before she does - but, WOW, there is a lot going on in their world. Don't wait - grab it now or read in KINDLE UNLIMITED today!!

My September pre order is here! I've been wanting to start this series for a while now, so let me present Book One in the Guard of Six series - ABSOLUTION!
We met these guys in Chad de Lohr's book, "Silversword". They're the personal guards of Henry III, kind of his Praetorians, because they move only by the king's command. Whatever he wants them to do, they do. The book titles are the name of the sword of that particular hero, so in this book, the title - Absolution - is the name of his sword!
Here's the blurb:
Sir Torran de Serreaux is the leader of Henry III’s personal guard. Known as the Guard of Six, they are an elite group made up of knights from the finest and oldest families in England. They have a reputation for being powerful, fearless, and dedicated. When Torran fights, it is with his sword - Absolution - in his hand.
But he is also a man with more demons than most.
It has been three years since the fall of Simon de Montfort and, still, there are lingering de Montfort supporters in England that are being systematically rooted out and subdued. At…
